A LOW TO MEDIUM IMPACT CLASS DESIGNED TO GET YOU OFF YOUR SEAT AND ON TO THE DANCE FLOOR.
BURNING BETWEEN 200 AND 300 CALORIES AND ADDING BETWEEN 3000 AND 4000 STEPS ON TO YOUR DAY
